Outriders is a dark, action-adventure video game developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Square Enix of Japan. It will originally be release for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii. It is the follow-up to the award winning Tomb Raider: Anniversary, and follows the journey of a heroine called “agonist” (that’s you!) who must explore and fight supernatural beings called “Zaas”? Such features a story that takes place in 20th century Japan, during the period known as the Meiji Period.
Outriders features the hero returning to save the world from evil once again. The heroine is gonna orders by a government task force to locate a captured dinosaur called the Outriders. The task force must travel through a series of hazardous caves, rescue the riders, and fight their way through the jungle to the top of the island. The game progresses through a number of scenes which introduce you to the different aspects of the plot. The storyline itself is quite exciting, and has you playing the role of an agent who must protect the Earth and those who live on it from various scum and villains. Along the way, you’ll have to overcome a number of obstacles, including puzzles, traps, bosses, and wild animals.
For those unfamiliar with the franchise, it’s simple to pick up and play. You start off by selecting your character (the hero in this game), and you’ll spend some time learning about how to use weapons and vehicles, as well as upgrading them. There are a variety of upgrades available, ranging from health bars that give you extra life when running out, to shields that can block attacks. There are also several levels in which you’ll have to rescue the dead dinosaurs before they too are safe and back to their respective museums.

Outriders Video Game is available for Nintendo Wii and the PlayStation 5. This video game costs forty dollars to buy, but can be traded in or sold at online retailers. It can be played on up to four wireless consoles. This game has no reviews so we couldn’t figure out how well it holds up as a game. Based on the trailer, however, it looks like it may live up to its premise.
