Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League was gonna released in 2021. It is the follow-up to the successful 2020 game Batman: Into the Gotham City Zepphn Creations and the equally successful Harley Davidson racing game DC Universe: Heroes. In fact, if you count the number of remakes, portables, sequels and the like that have been released over the years, Suicide Squad would easily top all of them when it comes to sheer volume of games produced.

Suicide Squad

The game revolves around a group of super villains called the Death Squad who are hired by the evil Joker to do his bidding. The objective of the game is for your team to achieve maximum infiltration and total domination over the city of Gotham and steal the ultimate mask from the superhero called the “masked crusader” known as Batman. The trailer shows us what happens in between all these stages. For instance, during the intro cut scene, we see that the evil Joker has planted several bombs all over Gotham City in order to kill as many of the police officers as possible and as a means of taking over the streets as his own personal army.

The trailer shows us the Joker’s soldiers entering an apartment belonging to the Wayne family and they are greeted by two figures that are two of the finest police officers in the city, Frank Gordon and John Blake. Gordon and Blake are tasked to prevent the Death Squad from getting inside and capturing the Bat mobile. Gordon is seen to be heavily injured in the trailer and it is implied that he will not be able to fight in close quarters due to his lack of skills. However, after the arrival of some new recruits, like Blake, who has been trained by the recently rescued Rachel Dawes, the success of the mission increases. Meanwhile, the Batmobile, being held up by some mines planted by the Joker, is hit by a bomb and crashes into the sea. The trailer shows us the extent of damage that has been inflicted on the Batmobile but it fortunately manages to get repaired.

Kill the Justice League

Batman has just managed to save Rachel and is now left with four playable characters to play around with him in the upcoming game – Robin, Batgirl, The Riddler and Catwoman. It is interesting to note that while the Batmobile has been seriously damaged in the trailer, the developers have since taken out this feature from the game and replaced it with the Batpod which is seen to be bigger and more sturdy than the Batmobile. The Riddler is also missing from the Batmobile, though it can still be seen in the background during the mission scenes.

In addition to the Batmobile, the game also offers the opportunity to take up arms and fight against the villains in the game. There are three different endings that you can get depending on how you complete the various tasks throughout the game. It was also revealed in the trailer that The Riddler will be joining forces with some other major characters to form the new villain team in the game including two very popular characters – Harley Quinn and The Joker. The game is expected to have a better story that revolves around the characters rather than concentrating solely on the Dark Knight.

The full official trailer of the game can be seen at the YouTube channel where the latest trailer for the game can be found. It is possible to clearly see The Riddler, The Joker and The Mad Penguin as well as the Suicide Squad during the cut scene. The Mad Penguin is clearly seen holding a mask that resembles the skull of bats symbolising his alliance with The Riddler. Other minor characters like Commissioner Gordon and batgirl can also be seen during the cut scene as well.
